Emily Eilers, DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Emily Eilers is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.

 

Along with her Chiropractic degree, she also pursued outside training in rehab, nutrition, and RockTape.

 

Dr. Eilers grew up in Benzie County and graduated from Benzie Central High School, attended Saginaw Valley State University in the Athletic Training program where she worked with athletes participating in football, baseball, soccer, volleyball and tennis.  She then transferred to Iowa State University with a track and field scholarship where she competed in the hammer throw and finished 6th in the Big 12 and Top 20 in Division 1 regionals. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus in Kinesiology and Health. After graduating from ISU, she attended National University of Health Sciences graduating in August 2015.

 

She is looking forward to serving  Benzie County and surrounding areas residents and becoming active in the community. As your Chiropractor, she is excited and passionate about listening to her patients, working closely with them to accomplish each person's individual goals to help them reach optimum health and wellness.

 

Emily enjoys spending time with her family, friends, working out, and going on hikes with her husband (Aj), son (Korben), daughter (Evelyn) and two huskies (Atlas and Polaris).  She also spends a lot of time at her family’s farm in Frankfort, helping with cherries, apples, pumpkin patch and wedding venue. Emily enjoys being back home and taking in all that northern Mi has to offer all season long.

Chiropractic Manipulations

Dr. Emily works with patients of all ages, and utilizes muscle testing/applied kinesiology, soft tissue release and traditional chiropractic manipulations to offer a comprehensive treatment approach.

Kinesiology Tape/Rock Tape

Kinesiology tape is a thin, elastic adhesive tape that is applied to the skin to offer relief for a variety of conditions.  This therapy can 

  • Reduce pain and muscle spasms

  • Reduce swelling and inflammation

  • Increase mobility

  • Improve posture and musculoskeletal alignment injured muscles and joints
