Dr. Abigail has a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) and Masters of Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from the National University of Natural Medicine. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Michigan, and holds Naturopathic licenses in Vermont and Wisconsin.  Michigan does not currently regulate Naturopathic Medicine, so she works in collaboration with Lisa Fortin, MD for advanced lab testing and treatment recommendations.

Coach Elizabeth is an RN and a certified Nurse Coach with 4 years of experience in integrative and funcationl medicine.

Unfortunately, Naturopathic Medicine is not eligible for insurance coverage.

Acupuncture, depending on your insurance plan, can sometimes be covered, however we do not bill insurance for you. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company directly, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Yes! We will also provide you with a Superbill in your patient portal so you can keep track of everything you may need for your personal documentation.

No.  We focus on complex chronic conditions, hormone health, and functional medicine/naturopathic medicine, therefore, we request that you maintain an active relationship with a primary care provider.  If you are not established, we are happy to provide recommendations.

• Initial Adult Naturopathic consultations is $450 for 90min, and includes a 30min coaching visit, to be scheduled 1-2 weeks after your initial visit.  This is designed to answer questions that have come up after the initial visit and also make sure you have what you need to get started. Follow up visits are based on time.  The Naturopathic fee structure can be found HERE.

• Initial acupuncture sessions are $165 for 60min and including bodywork and cupping as indicated.  Follow up visits vary according to location. The Acupuncture fee structure can be found HERE. 

• Facial Acupuncture sessions start at $165, but are best initiated with a package.  For more info, click HERE.

• Coaching visits are available as ala carte visits or packages.  For more info, click HERE.

• Facial Microneedling sessions vary in pricing based on what kind of treatment you select.  The Facial Rejuvenation fee structure can be found HERE.​​

You can request a refill in a couple of different ways:

1) You can log on to your patient portal and request a refill there. If you need assistance logging into your patient portal, please see our "Resources" section to help you navigate this process.

2) You can log in to FullScript to reorder supplements that we have recommended. This will allow you to pay directly and ship to your door, just as any other online purchase.
